Shipping​​​
For made to order items please allow 4-6 weeks for orders to be shipped from time of purchase. Ready made orders will be sent out within 3 business days. Upon shipment you will receive a confirmation email notifying that your order is en route to you.

Import Fees and Customs
Customers are responsible to be aware of their own country's customs import and duty fees, including understanding that it is your responsible to pay for any fees that may occur when your order arrives in your country. We at Mementocholia are not responsible in any way for additional charges that you may receive from customs, nor will we be responsible if the item is sent back to pay for additional shipping if the item is sent back to us due to unpaid fees. We will gladly hold your order upon it returning if you missed the payment window but you the purchaser are responsible for paying additional shipping fees.
DO NOT inquire regarding having us claim packages at a lower cost to avoid these customs fees when we are creating your shipping documents. This is illegal in Canada to falsify these documents.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns nor issue refunds due to the unique nature of the jewellery. Made to order rings are created custom to the size that is chosen upon purchase, so we kindly ask to please consider your purchase carefully prior to placing the order. On the chance you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend that you visit any jewellery store as you will be able to accurately size your finger. Please note that wider bands will have a tighter fit than thinner ones, it may be best to go a size up.
Ring bands also have an organic texture that is hand done in the sculpting process prior to casting, and therefore are unable to resize.
All of our silver pieces are made with 92.5 Sterling Silver, any gold pieces will have stated Karat.
